I had my juddering clutch done at the main dealer today, they fitted various parts, clutch, housing and flywheel.
On reversing into my garage CRUNCH into reverse...it wont go into reverse without a massive crunch and grind.
Can anyone prime me some ammo for the morning when I phone to complain ....what could be causing this??

I'll try helping but could be wrong.
Sometimes they crunch in reverse, by just depressing the clutch and just putting it straight in reverse, as I think it's the teeth don't line up or something similar. Sometimes you have to depress the clutch put it in first and while leaving the clutch in then put it in reverse. This is the way I've been told is the correct way to select reverse. Try it, if it still crunches you have a problem.
