Panel Filter Life?

Anyone decided what the realistic life expectancy of an after market filter is or deciding when its time for a new one?
I replaced the OEM filter at about 15K with an ITG one and now that I'm due the 30K service I guess it'll get replaced unless I request otherwise.

ITG cleaning...
Wait until the missus has gone out and then hoover it from the course side. This will remove any large crud. The smaller particles will not affect its performance or filtration qualities.
