I'm intrigued by the intercooler splitter idea. Has anyone got one fitted? Does it make a significant (noticeable) difference? How much did it cost?

Ive had one for a while now and noticed pick up was slightly better Plus u get a cool demon face under your scoop...which I like most heh If I sell the car.. its coming with me.

I've got one and ny initial thoughts were that it gave me a little extra urge lower down the rev range. This was more noticeable in cold weather (more noticeable than cold weather normally is if you know what I mean ) but as always you get used to that bit more power....
Still, for the small outlay I'd say you can't lose (and it's easy peasy to fit), so go for it!

Is there a version for a 93 WRX ??

My Intercooler is the Angled version.

 

I had a look at the splitter website yesterday and it says that there is one on the way for the angled intercooler.

I've got a MY95 WRX with an angled intercooler and after the comments above I think I may well get one when they come out.
