After driving my 1999 STi 5 for half an hour I get a dodgy sqeeking when pressing the clutch pedal fully to the floor, yet if i dont let the pedal up fully then depress it there is no noise, sounds as if something needs lubing but dont know what...

Also 5th gear crunches slightly unless i depress the clutch pedal twice before ingauging gear...

There is 64k on the clock and the clutch is original, might it be time to replace it?, doesn't slip or judder but i do have to push the pedal fully to the floor to get in or out of any gear and sometimes theres a little fight with the gear stick to get it in first or second.
