I have a Scoobysport de-cat on my P1. Want a Blitz Nur Spec R but mainly for the sound. If I just replace the backbox, will this give me the sound I am after? Could the Blitz backbox fit on the Scoobysport system and run smoothly?

The noise is mainly down to the backbox, yes.

Scoobysport system will allow you to fit any "standard fit" backbox, and I believe the Blitz can be had in that form, so yes should fit, but I'd check with whoever you're buying it from.

The Nurspec R won't fit, the plain Nurspec will.

A standard Nur will bolt straight on to any standard section and is what I have now after having both.

You won't be dissapointed by either, but imo the R is just too loud.

Edit - On the classics I don't think you need the link-pipe between center and downpipe, so technically both will fit, but if you only want to swap the backbox and nothing else then a Nur R won't fit.
