Will my STI MY03 hold for these upgrades?

Hi,
I recent bought the new WRX STI MY03 and have some plans for upgrades.
The problem is that I donīt have any experince before of Subaru and some say that the new STI must be re-maped with this upgrades:
* Perrin cold air intake
* Invidia exhaustsystem with downpipe
* HKS BOV
* Greddy Profec B EBC
What is the opinion from experienced peoples who know these engines? How much fuel can the stick fuel pump and injectors on the STI deliver?
What is the first upgrade You should do on the car?
I know that there is ECUTEK available for this car. But is that good? What does it do? Must I have the car remapped with this options?
