Does anyone know where i might be able to get hold of a workshop manual? Im running an STi III Type R so a P1 manual would do wouldnt it? My tappets need some attention so i need some info on setting them, shimming,etc...

Ive been looking for an STi version 1 manual for a while now, but no success,
