How do all,
When changing down a gear in my MY00 Turbo, (lets say from 4th to 3rd, when i want to overtake), I get a loud bang noise comes from the back end of the car when releasing the clutch and getting back on the power. This only happens if im giving it some. Is there a problem? and if so what.

Thanks for any info, and Merry Christmas.

Paul.

Apart from the bang, anything else happen? If not, it's probably just a spot of unburnt fuel in the exhaust system catching fire - you get quite a bang and probably a quick flame out the back too
Nothing unusual there - standard scoobs are always overfuelled
