rocker gaskets

any tips on getting gaskets changed lads? got parts on order and looking at doing job next weekend. I know its gonna be a tight squeeze is it best from above and below or can you do it all from the top?

You should be able to get away with just access from the top.
It's not too bad a job, just fiddly

Do the battery side first as there is a little more room once you take the washer bottle out.
The other side is more of a squeeze!!

I found one of those ratchet ring spanners from Halfords helped get the bolts in and out. There's not room for a socket and ratchet handle on some of the bolts.

on the Offside remove the complete airbox housing, not just the top MAF bit, it makes life much easier, just 2 bolts, dont drop them down the exhaust heat shield

also, make sure you buy some 3bond, as the gaskey needs a little sealer in some of the corners.
