Uprated brakes

Few days ago i saw I 99MY turbo Euro spec with the new Prodrive 17'Wheels and the new Prodrive brakes.It was a masterpiece, but I have few questions on :
Are they lighter or heavier than Brembo kit?
It is very important when we talk about unsprung weight on wheels.
Are they so effective that a rear upgrade to larger disks is unneccesary?
Please I would apreciate your coments.
