Downpipe fitting ?

Anyone out there know a reliable place in/around Edinburgh who could fit a Scoobysport downpipe for me ?
Also, separate issue but I've been told by Falkland Performance Centre that from MY99 on the centre section contains NO CAT - only a silencer.Anyone have the definitive answer ?

Why not let Falkland fit the pipe? - doubt you will find anyone better in Scotland.
The confusion around the centre section may be partly my doing
I spoke with them at some length about my car not having a centre cat, but that is due to the PPP.
