I've just had my 7500 service, and I asked them to look into why in very cold weather it is sometimes almost impossible to change into 2nd.

They couldn't find anything wrong with the gearbox, but are going to order an additive which should help. Is this the Silkolene oil I have seen mentioned elsewhere?
