Question

I've recently bought a W reg UK Turbo c/w Scooby Sport downpipe, P1 centre section and Scooby Sport backbox. I have just purchased an Afterburner back box and Scooby Sport de-cat centre section off a friend. I have fitted the afterburner box and am wondering what would be better, the P1 or scoobysport centre section. What would be better in terms of noise and power? The garage said that the P1 section is de-catted, is this true? My uncle bought my 96 Subaru from and would happily take the Scooby centre section from me!!! Can anyone offer any advice?

cheers,
Martin

Hi Martin

The P1 centre section is decated but does have a resonator, so it will be quieter than the Scooby Sport one but not so free flowing.

Cheers Jazz,

I think I'll replace the P1 centre section with the Scooby sport and give my uncle the P1 one!! I like a bit of noise.

cheers,
Martin

The P1 centre section is in fact the PPP mid section and is decatted.
