Have heard of a number of people who have added a different back box to a MY99 Prodrive Performance Pack. What experiances has anyone had? - what Back Box? What difference? What cost?

Ah.... its that V reg prodrive car again!, coming back to haunt me - your not allowed to make that car any faster - its not fair on us STI owners!

Seriously though, your cars fast enough. A better back box (probably theeeee. best) is Scobby sport- but its a bit noisy.

I'd save your money - the gain will only be marginal (10bhp or less) it varies from car to car and we all know that rolling road seesions on differet days give different results. I dont think you'll notice any difference in your car.

Of course if you wnated to notice any difference I would strongly recommend a full mongoose system - with this you may notice - but the cost is £500 all in.

I changed the exhaust to an HKS Super Drager.
And I did notice a difference. It sounds a lot better than the Prodrive box too.

 

Sounds good, big difference? - and £how much?
