My waste gate is rattling...!!! very annoying

has any one got a remedy....??

Tighten the bolts?

Are you sure it's the wastegate? Which part?

yeah its the waste gate lever arm..!

seems like its lost the tension on it...?

 

the arm should be tight on the WG pivot. take it off & apply a small amount of pressure to get it back over the pivot (by hand). too tight and it wont open fully & u'll get spike problems, too loose and you wont make /hold boost.
