Hi all

Have been developing a whining sound (very high pitched) which does increase with speed not revs so could be diff. Possibly bearing breaking up? Anybody had a box changed or repaired by company that is good? Quaife??

I posted about a similar problem a while back ,seems it was the transfer box bearings,apparently they have been known to go but the gearboxes are not so common if it's transfer box bearings i got mine done at TSL motorsport (thanks guys)£508.00inc vat which could have been worse....

Mine started out when if you lean on the gear lever it's more noisy.

Did you have clutch done at same time?
