Question

After having an AP Racing clutch fitted, along with a genuine Subaru Release bearing, and idler bearing, I have noticed at idle the clutch makes alot more noise than it used to. When the clutch pedal is pushed slightly it disappears! Is this a trait of the AP or is there something seriously wrong?? Also the clutch pedal has a 'ratchety','notchy' feel to it now. Is this normal?
Anyone with an AP Organic their views would be appreciated
Cheers,

The Subaru release bearing is a pull type & not the Traditional push type & apparently suffers more with the Noisy release bearing, Had an EBC sports clutch kit fitted to mine & after a while the new release bearing started to be noisy again.

I would say that if it was incorrectly fitted the clutch just would not disengage. Probably a noisy release bearing as was said.
