Which decat downpipe should I buy for my MY96 WRX with HKS super drager exhaust and HKS induction kit?

I have a 93 wrx with that kit on it.

I then had the hks down pipe, good, I then got the scoobysport 3 inch open neck unit, even better

sounds nice & it reves/spools up a it quicker too

does the bigger 3" give u alot of mid range top end...
