Question

Has anyone else had a slight miss fire/ stutter in low revs since having their PPP fitted to their STI8?

Yes it is! Have you spoken to your local dealer? I had the mechanic out on a test run last week but he could find nothing wrong in the diagnostics! The dealer is now waiting for a reply from Subarus technical dept.

No, havent spoken to my dealer but when I mentioned it on here quite a few people said that their's do the same thing and it's just a characteristic of the scooby engine. Do a search on 'hesitation' and you'll see what I mean. Must admit though the car was perfect before the PPP was fitted

This is my 3rd Scoob and have never had this problem before. Again the same as your car mine did not have the stutter before the PPP was fitted.

Does yours do it all the time? Mine seems to do it just when it feels like it - there's no apparent pattern to it, although it's only always in 5th or 6th gear when the car is off boost. When the turbo is up to speed the stutter stops.
