Lost all gears at Nurburgring...Explanations?
Whilst in the process of catching a Porsche 996 at the 'Ring (
), I came out of a tight right-hander and changed from 2nd gear into... NOTHING. 
I couldn't find one cog in the box. Pulled over onto some grass and still couldn't find a gear. pumped the clutch pedal which didn't feel any different.
After a few seconds at rest, everything was well as everything started to work again. I hooked 1st and we gingerly moved off until we regained a reasonable pace.
Clutch get too hot? Fluid get too hot? The clutch reservoir is over the top of the bloody turbo, after all. No problems since.
Anyone had similar??
