I have a P1 backbox, will this be ok with a decat center, or do i have to fork out for a new BB?

What options do I have other than ScoobySport - i'm looking for releasing that gorgeous sound, not interested in power gains - and i'd like to not pay a bomb!!!

I had a Scorpion mid section de cat pipe linked up to a P1 back box without any problems.

To be honest, if you want a MAJOR sounds difference I think you'll need a down pipe decat as well.

£60 Magnex non-resonated Centre section will mate up to that, and should give a little more noise.

 

My local friendly Subaru garage said i shouldnt change the downpipe cos of warranty, but centre was fine ..

I've just spoken to Listers of Worcester and they installed a Listers DP. It doesn't void the manufactures warranty, I had to check cus I'm getting the extended warranty.

Oo that sounds good Kev (i have the extended warranty), how much did that set you back?

The problem is Listers is dropping Subaru in September/October - so what will other dealerships think about it..

Colin, thats what i was thinking my friend has a ScoobySport Center and BB and it sounds lovely, but I didn't wanna change the BB yet, so wondered if the SS centre would fit ok and would it then go noisier (currently its well quiet!!!)
