ok mines only a i.6 impreza but this last few weeks when you push the clutch in and out there is a"gritty, stiff" fealing to it(hard to explain)anyone know what this would be ?

Sounds like the cable is faulty, you could try running some 3 in 1 oil down it but probably worth replacing it.

i have oiled it a lot but still the same
