I have secured my heatshield as best as possible with the Engine in place, But it still rattles. (front shield by oil filter) I now want to wedge it with a Very high temperature Item to stop this, Thought about the Manifold Wrap ?.
Anybody have any better Ideas !!

I ripped mine off and threw it in the bin. Doesn't rattle any more.

 

mine was doing the same & at service time, they stuck another self tapper through to secure it more and this stopped it.
all depends on what exactly is ratteling I suppose!
