I want to upgrade my exaust thinking of this but have a few questions.
This removes the second cat, will it still pass the emissions at mot time?
How loud is it 89db or more?
Has anyone got one if so what gains did you experience?

If you still have the cat in the DP & it's in proper working condition, yes, there's no problem MOT time.
The Drager is one of the quieter (probably the quietest) of the 3"ers, AFAIK! Quite a deep, mellow sound it produces.
Performance wise, it'll be minimal if you still have the original DP (the cat & blocked off waste gate being huge restrictions), but if you're into listening to everyone saying 'I changed my backbox & got 15bhp', it should be up there with the higher ones, although 4-5bhp is more likely, but it'll run a lot better at the top end whatever...
