Sorry, I've got a few stupid questions for you:

1) If you get a front-mounted i/c, do you get rid of the top-mounted i/c?

2) What are the benefits of the front-mount?

3) What goes under the scoop if you remove the top intercooler?

4) Where does the radiator go?

I'm all confused... any help welcome...

Cheers, Dan.

1) yes
2) cooler charge (so allows higher boost or bigger safety margin or same boost with more power)
3) not a lot. Well, lots of tubing, probably!
4) The radiator stays. It just gets a little less air... some (well, one) FMIC comes with a replacement radiator, I think. But many require the removal of the undertray anyway, which cools the engine quite a bit; i.e. radiator doesn't have such a high 'load'.
