All the things that you upgrade on your clutch will hit back onto your gearbox...
Better replace a clutch then a gearbox I think...

I am looking to replace my clutch in my Type R.

Was speaking to Scoobysport about the AP Organic and they no longer do these clutch's due to problems they had with them in the past (think was summat to do with "judder"). They now use Helix organic clutch's instead.

Thats what I was told any way!

I have fitted a few Ap organic and had no problems with judder.
Helix are a little cheaper and I beleive come with release bearings.

In normal traffic the AP organics are not harsh and should handle some abuse but as stated too much and you will need another gearbox.

I have the AP Organic having replaced the useless AP 4 paddle that was just undrivable - just a plate change

You know its there.. its not as friendly as the standard Subaru clutch.. a little juddery in traffic.. I will be going for a twin plate clutch next time... have not decided who from though

AP Organic seems to be ok at 400bhp but doubt it will take about 75-100 bhp more than this - we'll see
