clutch problems

I have a high biting point on my cluch. It doesn't slip at all as long as i keep my foot off it but if i just rest my foot on the pedal it starts to slip. Is there any ujustment on the clutchto move the biting point down a bit or is it that time to pay the money out. any help out there please.
