I got an error code 35 showing up. This is supposed to be the purge control solenoid valve. I gather it's something to do with cleaning the vapours caught up in the intake to reduce emmisions?? Is there anything other than a faulty sensor that would cause this error code to show up???

Any chance I could borrow if from you to see if it clears it?

I had a quick look this afternoon but the only sensor i could see in that area was into the top of the block, pretty much right under the power steering reservoir. Is that the right one i'm looking at?

If not can the the 'right' one be removed without taking the inlet manifold off?

cheers,

Marty
