Question

I have a MY00 with PPP and its been fine
But recently I've noticed that when idling its hunting or very lumpy (thats the best way I could describe it) its only done this a few times.
Then today whilst on the motorway in 5th gear I floored it and it seemed to hesitate, it would speed up then hit a flat spot then speed up again then hit a flat spot again, I tried to power through this but it carried on.
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be as I don't want to blow the thing up ?
Oh, it had its 30000 mile service in october and its only done 16000 miles total, Cheers

Lambda sensor or MAF sensor, in that order.

Mine was Lambda with the same symptoms as yours. There was a recent thread on this...

I've done a search on the lambda sensor now and found a few threads, its looking like the lambda is the culprit
