HELP! APS Dump valve

Can anyone help me? I recently bought a APS dumpvalve{atmos rec] on the for sale site for a 98 sti v5 and got no fitting kit. Has anyone heard of this make of valve as i have tried a few companies who have not heard of it and if so any contact addresses. If not the valve is supposibly of a sti 97 is this the same as the 98 model. As there is a sortage of decent garages North of Inverness no one can seem to fit it or see how it connects. Any help appreciated. Cheers Gary
