HELP - still not getting full boost!
#1
Recntly got my car back from the garage after a clutch change and I'm only getting about 5psi boost.
After advice off here (thanks guys!), I've cleaned all three sensors on of drivers side suspension turret (Boost solenoid, etc) but unfortunately no improvement.
I've also done an ECU reset and read the codes. I'm getting cide 43 which may be an erroneous PPP (MY95 UK) related error.
Any Ideas?
Cheers,
Andy

Chan,
I've got a 3 port solenoid and I think it's electrically connected okay. If I connect the green terminals under the dash it "clicks" it's way through the diagnostics. Does this mean it's working okay? If it was faulty wouldn't it register an error code?
Will check the wastgate hoses. Unfortunately the hoses connecting to the solenoid are fine, so it must be on the other end. Any hint's on how I get tho those, since they seem to just disappear into the engine gubbins?
any more ideas?
