Hi all, just a few questions, still quite new to scooby ownership, hope you guys can help me out...........
1) Is there a real difference in terms of performance gained between a single and twin dump front pipe?
2) what's the optimal size full decat system for a stock my00 turbo (best compromise across the rev range)?
3) same as above except: ppp / std. turbo, evc to 1.1 bar?
thanks

1. No IMHO. I have twin dump FWIW, but would go single dump next time.
2&3. Depend on price, appearance, noise. If price and noise do not matter I would go for a big bore 3" Japanese system - HKS, Blitz, Trust etc. Personally I have a 2.5" Magnex setup and it was cheap and a good all round compromise for a moderately powerful (300-350 BHP range) daily driver. Some think you lose torque on a 3" system, others say the biggest bore possible after the turbo and map it correctly. I would lean to 3" if you can tolerate the noise. I couldn't.
