Another question (sorry)

On dd log I have no boost

Dya reckon its cos I am using the HKS evc....I am guessing the ecu is not receiving data back cos the evc is controlling the boost...

Anyone ?

When you say you have no boost, can you be more specific about the problem ?

Do you mean that you can see a boost value in DeltaDash, but that it always reads 0 PSI ?
Or that you don't get a boost value shown at all ?
...or something else ?

Do you see an Atmospheric pressure value ? If so, what is the value displayed ?
What is the model of car ?
If in doubt, post a screen shot.

(Boost in DeltaDash is labelled 'Manifold Relative Pressure')

Cheers

Thanks for the reply Stephen, I shall explain....

Not my delta dash, car is uk99 ppp, when my scooby friend mailed me the logs I opened them all ok, but all the 'headings' are jumbled up in the top left of the page.

Given that I am having to guess the title at the top, the column I am presuming may not be the 'manifold rel pressure' at all (I am presuming 15th title equals 15th column).

What I am saying is; the column I think is 'mrp' is showing either a 1 or 0....maybe its not the correct column.

I shall try again later to make sense of it, dont worry about it for now

Again, not sure what you mean - I can't see what you see on your screen !

What program are you opening the file with ?
If you are opening the file in a word processor, it's not going to be easy to read. The file is in CSV format, and I recommend using Excel, or just downloading DeltaDash from the web site - this will allow to to view previously recorded log files, even if you haven't bought the product.

1 or 0 is definitely the wrong column ! That will be a digital (on/off) parameter such as 'Rear defog switch state'.

Cheers
