What would typical symptoms of a Lambda sensor about to fail be...?

 

If its not already gone open loop your car will have a crap tick over where it is constantly hunting up and down, coz that's whats mine doing at the mo' roll on wednesday when it gets replaced. If it has failed it will run rich and fail an emissions test.
