Unhappy

Hi,

I have just ordered a complete SS exhaust that should arrive in the next few weeks to go on my MY00 Turbo. After reading a few threads on Scoobynet I am slightly worried about getting "overboost".

Can anyone with a complete scoobysport exhaust system put my mind at rest, or is my worrying justified.

Cheers

Rob.

Red face

Rob,
You MAY suffer overboost but its easily sorted out
You will only really suffer in winter when the temps drop due to the cold air increasing the boost levels very slightly but you may never get overboost, it just depends on how much your car is boosting anyway (as the exhaust may increase your boost by 1 or 2 psi).
Dont worry too much about it

Tony

MY00 no problems for me, dont worry. With my MY99, MY00 i must have done 50 miles with it on, no real worrying problems. IMHO.
