money better spent on a magnex, scoobysport etc

PE downpipes are a little pricey thesedays. I would say that group A raly cars used open neck, and probably for a good reason. But for most, open neck (Scoobysport and TSL) and Twin Dump (Magnex, Scoobymania, Revolution, BPM, MRT) are both better than the standard design (also same as HKS, except it is decat).
