Got a problem with my 94 wrx. When pulling away from standstill whilst turning (out of junction etc) I get a metallic clattering and juddering accompanied by the steering wheel fighting in my hands. It almost feels like the LSD isn't slipping and both wheels are grabbing where perhaps one should be spinning faster than the other. Previous owner told me this was cause it had the diff's 'shimmed' in Japan to lock them for some handling benefit. I also got original parts with the car (one LSD, and some other parts that I was told were changed to do with the LSD) Anyone heard about this before? Bloke told me there was no problem but it is very embarrising when manouvering about slowly. Anyone know how easy to get to front diff? Only got car a week ago, don't know a lot about them yet.
