I'M THINKING ABOUT GETTING THE QUICKSHIFT KIT FROM PRODRIVE FOR MY 007 STI. DO YOU NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE AND CAN YOU FIT THEM YOUR SELF ?

ALSO THESE POP OFF VALVES YOU CAN BUY THAT DUMP TO ATMOSPHERE, ARE THEY ANY GOOD OR JUST FOR THE BOY RACERS, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPREICIATED.

i fitted a b&m myself very easy took about an 40 mins
get some circlip pliers
