Having just replaced the original downpipe with a SS number an loving every second of it I'm now thinking about the centre section . The car sounds great but I don't want to scare too many granny's . What will the change in volume be like if I change the centre for a SS one

Which backbox are you using? This has the greatest effect on volume by far. Try and get a centre section with a resonator - can still be straight through, and barely any more restrictive.

 

SS downpipe and BB now

went for a tour round dunfermline (coal Road) to get the feel of it

will the centre be much louder is it's the SS straight through

 

I just got off night shift and have been up for 28 hrs so a little shakey on the feet.

I would like to get a listen before I bought a staight through cheers

Mail me now if you want and you can hear mine tonight Magnex full system and SS manifold It will be reasonably loud, but that is because of the SS backbox, but not totally antisocial.
