Help needed zaust on STI

Just bought a new STI today which will replace my current MY01 WRX.
The Q is thou can I take my SS DP off my WRX and put it on the STI. Will this give me increase without problems.
Also I will be removing my black box of tricks, will this need to go on the STI also ??

The Type UK demonstrator in my local dealership has had a SS full system fitted for 9500 miles plus 4 hard track days not a problem.
Good enough for me as i`ll be picking up my Type UK in September with a full SS decat system fitted.
