help needed with dawes mbc

i am attempting to fit the above mention to my my01,i have followed instructions and have lots of help from jamie at performance exhuasts but when fitted it will only pull 0.6 bar on my boost guage and the car is really sluggish.before fitting it was puling 1.1-1.2 bar.

any help via photos etc would be appreciated

i have,ive re-fitted it and now it works fine,what would you say is a safe level of boost for my car

its a my01 ppp'd

18-19 psi like me.

Have you got anything to monitor your AFR? I think its worth the 50 quid for peace of mind...

I ran mine at 18 PSI in a Scottish winter and all was well, but get it on a Select monitor or Delta Dash to see. Mine was a MY00 PPP though.

katana i mailed you the vid m8? shall i re-mail

john refitted but was boosting way too high,then i undid it to lesser the boost and the spring and ball fell out!!! fecking great now i dont know which way round it goes,is the ball at the neck end or striaght end?

The ball is in the straight end mate.Put the ball in first and then the spring.

Anyway, I think I sent you another e-mail from your profile as my hotmail account is playing up at the moment. Can you use my ntl account pretty please.
