Is the Scoobysport backbox with the extra wadding in it for volume reasons more restrictive than the usual one? Is the wadding removable?

Qood question, I will be receiving my quiet back box tuesday next week. So I will endeavor to record some sounds with stock bb verses SS quiet.

The Magnex system ( centre pipe and box ) is relatively quiet compared to some subaru systems, and is very good value, and quality. not the best, but best value I think, and one of the best looking

John,

3dB less noise than the full monty (half as loud according to Pete), slightly more restrictive, wadding cannot be removed...unless you want to open the box again and remove it

I'm very happy with mine - but as mentioned elsewhere, you should factor in the noise increase from fitting the vf23 too.
