Default Timing belt interval

Hey guys
sorry if this has been covered before, i have seen a 2005 uk spec subaru sti
which i want to buy, it has 76k miles last timing belt change was at 43k in 2011 so over 5 years ago
would it be due change now ?
also can anyone recommend a good/honest indy around east midlands & rough cost of timing belt replacement

I think they should be changed every 50K an the next one will probably be all belts idlers an while your at it water pump an thermostat while it's all coming off anyway .
