I bought a 6 speed Spec C gearbox for my Type R and have a couple of questions. I didn't get hose nr1 in this link http://opposedforces.com/parts/impre...llustration_1/

It seems to be some sort of a breather. Is it really necessary to buy the OEM hose for this or could I get away with using some universal hose? The hose was kind of expensive (about £34 here in Sweden) considering how short it must be. I guess it's good to have a hose there so water can't enter the gearbox (minimal risk but still)?

Also the gearbox has two metal lines which I think are for the external oil cooler on a Spec C, can I just use a hose and loop them together?
