Default Automatic Subaru Forester front diff fluid, which type?

Hey

Been searching and seen can use 70 90 front diff fluid, not sure what to use as most say manual transmission..
some one said Mobil 1 fully synthetic I saw on a forum but I searched it and says manual transmission can this still be used?
For my 2001 forester sti automatic sf5

Yep front different fluid in an auto is 75/90
