Default 2.5 STI clutch on 2.0 STI

I've been browsing clutch upgrades as that's another job I've added to my ever increasing list for my car, and while browsing through I've seen a few suggestions regarding fitting a 2.5 STI clutch as an OEM upgrade, apparently they'll take over 400lb/ft fairly easily with all the usual joys and lightness of a normal OEM clutch feel.

2 questions, is that indeed the case and after a bit of searching I've found this kit on the Tarmac Sports website. I think it's the pull clutch on a blob but not 100% so seems a wise idea to check before I click buy

new-age 2.0 / 2.5 STi 6spd cars all use the same basic 240mm clutch set-up
