Does anyone know much about the sti 7 conrods??
My understanding is that they are forged in the new sti's
is this true??
Are they made out of billet steel or are the just uprated
do they fit earlier model wrx - are they up to the level of other aftermarket forged conrods??- do they use arp bolts ??
regards in advance

I can't answer most of your questions but I'm pretty certain they won't fit in the WRX engine's due to them using screw on type pistons. I suppose though that you could use the STi rods and pistons together in a WRX......perhaps.....

Don't know. If you had asked me back then, I could have told you where I got that from! As it is, I can't remember now so I can't answer your question.

I'll have a browse around and see if I can remember where I lifted that info from.....
