Default HELP HELP HELP 6 speed upgrade

Well this is could be a big or a small problem.

I brought a 6 speed complete from a classic and I see this running I got everything box hubs drive shafts rear sub frame diff and t bar prop so everything.
Now I going to fit this into a blob wrx which I did all but the sub frame and t bar but when I got to fit the prop it's about 1/2 -3/4 inch short I have checked and checked but can't work this out can anyone help please

It's the diff end as the centre bolts up nice do you have any idea I'm thinking of changing the sub frame but the 4bolts on the t bar all line up so the diff must be in the right place I even had another 6speed prop but was the same

Are the subframes not different between models? So a classic frame wouldnt nessecarily suit a newage?

You havent mounted the diff cradle in the wrong holes or anything silly like that?

I have checked and checked I bet it's some thing silly I just can't see it I should have gone to spec saversthe only difference I can see in the sub frames is the diff mounting which I think might be the prob it's the only thing I can think of
