hi guys,

been scouring the net for this info but can't get detailed info on this topic. i currently have a version 3 STI tranny code - TY752VBCAA. I love its gear ratios. i have spotted a version 6 tranny code - TY754VB1CA with its loom. I was wondering,would it be possible to transfer the DCCD centre diff from the version 6 into the version 3 tranny and if its possible,what would it entail. thanks in advance

I think it should just bolt straight on, I put a dccd from a V4 type r onto a P1 gearbox in my old classic

I just unbolted the non dccd diff & bolted on the dccd diff, I wasn't using a controller so I just cable tied the short bit of loom out of the way other than that I had no issues at all mate.

Might be worth getting some new oil for it & a new gasket for where it bolts to the gearbox, I got mine from Paul @ Zen
