As I said in the above post, ive got a deposit on one of their cars. Need some advice here now.

1: I paid the deposit with a visa card, I was going to pay the rest of the car with the same visa card or a bank cheque. But I was told I can only pay the rest of the payment with cash.

2: I asked about the speedo clocks, the car is still limited 112mph and its still got the 180kph clocks in.

The car in question is this one, just need to put my mind at rest.

Hi mate,

Nice Spec on the Scoob.

J.P. can de-restrict & MPH convert for you, have you asked them?

Its pretty simple, they use a mechanical device which plugs into the back of the clocks and add a mph sticker on top of the Kmh sign. So your dials remain the same.

Thanks for the replies guys. I knew about the mechanical device, just worried about the clocks still in kph {legal side of things} and handing over a large amount of cash.
Planning handing the car over to Andy F to get the APEXI Power FC fitted and getting some whiteline tweaks

Roll on Wednesday, cant wait to get my grubby paws on it

Update for jap performance uk.

I picked up my car yesterday. The car is in fantastic condition. Shaban is one sound bloke, very honest and great to get on with.
Shaban wouldnt release the car to me, until he was happy with it, for example 2 tyres were on their limit so he put on 4 brand tyres. My suspension had a knocking sound coming from it, so he put on 4 new shocks & springs. Which in turn, it turned out it was a top mount that was faulty. That got replaced and I ended up a spare Tein suspension HA kit given to me. The car had a new cambelt put on for 150 notes, oil & filter done for free.

While I was there, I looked around Shaban's stock of cars. All I can say there fantastic quality.

So 2 big thumbs up from me for Jap Performance

went for a look around a few wks ago, and the standard of stock is brilliant, all grade4 where possible or very tidy grade 3.5's. he was extremely helpful and polite and tbh, it was a shame the car i went to see was sold as it would have been a please to deal with someone of that nature.

however i can gladly say that i have found another dealer now who has what i want and in terms of service and manner are the same level as japperformace........also in bradford, MIRhonda, they also have quality stock and import all models

Looks good. What's the white/clear (reflector?) thing on the front right of the bumper?

I bought my V4 Type R from them a few weeks ago, and like all the other replies above, I'm over the moon with the car and I would definately buy from them again. It was a 400 mile round trip for me and Shaban was more than happy to open up and do the deal at 8pm on a sunday! so fair play to him and I'd definatley recommend them.

As I said before when someone asked this question. These guys have nice cars in very good condition. Have not bought anything off them but have been down several times and liked the quality of their stock.

Thumbs up from me too
